Medieval Arming Pants Chausses
Armour leg padding chausses
Classic medieval leg underarmor padding - great choice for both SCA and reenactment fighters to be used with almost any sort of medieval legs armor. These pants are made of 100% natural durable flax linen with natural cotton batting inside. With this padding you can use lighter armor for your legs protection and feel both comfortable and protected.
The chausses should be worn over the pants, they come with no butt or crotch coverage. Wear them tied to your belt or a gambeson with the laces or the arming points.

Nicely padded, fits perfectly! and goes well under my Medieval Western Paladin Etched Legs, hopefully they will help stop the brusies ;) Infinishing wonderfully crafted and looks great.

I noticed that in the product description it mentioned that you need to attach/tie the choses to your gambeson or belt. The gambeson that I currently have does not have any arming points on it so I would need a belt. Do you have a belt on your site that you would be able to recommend that would help with that? Thanks for your time!
Any of our belts which are not too wide would work with the choses. So you can choose any of them here - Belts :)
I just love your armor! How many layers of padding are in your leg armor padding? are you able to add additional layers of padding to it?
These choses have one layer of batting, while there is no way to make them thicker, since we have not performed such experiments yet.
I am interested in the "Medieval Arming Pants Choses Armour Leg Padding Paladin and the "European Gambeson Padding Jack with 2 Colors Option" I would like to have my left arm side and the left leg side both be black, and the right arm side and right leg be red. Is the 2 color possible with the pants and in the padded jack says left side black but picture shows right arm black, just want to make sure I order right.
Chosses can be made in 2 colors, simply add a comment to your order, no extra. European Gambeson Padding Jack with 2 Colors Option - there was a mistake in the description, already fixed. Comes with black right side and orange left side by default, as pictured.
Hey armstreet I just wanted to tell you guys that your armor looks amazing! Such fine detail and works man ship. I am hoping that within the next year or so to get a better job because I really would like to get a set. First thing on my to get list! Hopefully order soon.
