Sallets developed in the 15th century and inherited reliable protection from predecessor bascinets while adding a more elegant and sleek appearance. We took an extra step and made the exterior of this spring steel helmet even more head-turning by adding contrasting accents. We encourage you to combine a silver shade of regular spring steel with dark blackened or golden brassed finishes according to your own sense of beauty and shine bright at knight tournaments or battlefields of your choice.

This sallet is made of comparably lightweight 2mm spring steel and features integrated bevor, providing complete neck protection that works seamlessly with the helmet. The bevor is composed of four sections, allowing for some flexibility. The upper part of the bevor can be secured in the upper position or lowered between fights for better ventilation. The helmet part consists of two elements: the helmet dome and the visor, which, similar to bevor, can be secured in an up or down position with the locking pin.
