Medieval Short-Sleeved Dress
Asymmetric hem upper dress, XVI century
This dress has short sleeves and full skirt with descending silhouette. Bodice and sleeves has lining made of thin linen, wide skirt (9 meters/9.84 yards round at the bottom) is lined on the inside with the narrow linen ribbon.
Short and ample sleeves can be draped with the thin lace to display the underlining and still they can be worn without it.
Thick bodice of the dress is as tight as possible, low square neckline according to the fashion of the period hardly hides shoulders and bust and full skirt emphasizes movingly feminine curves of the stature.
