Honestly, designing and producing clothing for kids is not a joke. It is the same amount of work, sometimes, even more, when kids are small and all parts are tiny, the amount of fabric is very close to the adult costume. Kids also tend to do cruel things to their clothing. But we always accept the challenge, and we know from our customers and our own experience, that a lot of people want to travel to other realms with their kids, so here we are. This tunic is very simple and practical. Short sleeves are a perfect solution for the tunic that could be worn over an undertunic or by itself, cuts on the sleeves make it even more suitable for the hot weather, and regular fit is a universal solution to make it wearable with or without a belt.
The tunic is made of our favorite material, 100% organic linen, which is historically accurate, breathable, and sturdy. It is a perfect material for the hot weather, and at the same time, linen fibers are two or three times stronger than cotton which makes it a great material for active use.
Contracting fabric accents is a great way to make it a little bit less mundane and at the same time they don't affect the "natural" authentic look of your outfit.
