If you’re looking for shoulder protection with a little bit of stylistic flair, you’ve come to the right place. The Small Kingmaker Spaulders with Leather are not only made from solid 1.5mm stainless steel, but they also look amazing and are sure to attract the envious gaze of friends and foes alike. Covered in vibrant, hand dyed veg-tanned leather, these are the best of the best – you’re not going to find anything fancier. The bright leather is accented with stunning solid brass rivets, an extra border of leather hand sewn on with thonging, and the signature Kingmaker Collection laser cut brass border. Although we took inspiration from the mid-15th-century in designing them, the shape of these spaulders can easily be used for earlier medieval period armor as well.

If you’re wondering how they attach, leather tab at the top of the spaulders makes them easy to tie to your gambeson’s arming points, and a robust leather strap with a hand cast brass buckle will hold them to your arms. Due to the stainless steel construction, these little spaulders aren’t going to rust up on you as much or be too difficult to take care of, so don’t be scared to fight hard and sweat!
