Viking women's leather corset armor
This corset is a main part of our “Shieldmaiden” armour kit. It is a perfectly crafted handmade piece of armour. Corset is decorated with traditional tooled Viking's patterns. Straps are decorated with etched brass accents and handmade brass casting buckles.
Corset can be made in fixed sizes only as it has pretty complicated shape – development of patterns even for four basic sizes took a lot of time so we decided to go with regular sizes only for this item.
This corset might be a great part of your armour kit for light fighting formats as well as it might be used as a part of your Viking style outfit.

Breathtaking leatherwork. Kudos to whoever designed this piece. The embossing and the way it's fitted together in a flattering yet armor-like fashion is truly impressive. Plus it's comfortable to wear all day! I was also very happy with how this was shipped to me, completely cocooned in a protective casing of plastic wrap. The leather smelled so good upon arrival. ;) This armor/corset always gets compliments whenever I wear it, and it makes me feel like a badass. Thanks, Armstreet!

What, & where, is it cinching up the waist? On the side? I looks like a seamless lacing of some sort. Do you Maybe have some photos showing how its put on?
Hi Hollie! This corset has lacing on both sides, you unlace one of them and put the corset on.
could this be made in a smaller size? specifically for a 21in waist

This may be an odd question but could this armour be used for a male?

What are the sizings for the XXL? The chart doesn't show it but the options list does in the drop down box

Would this corset work on horseback? Or would the front piece be to low to sit astride? Thanks!
There shouldn`t be a problem with sitting on the horse, but to stay on the safe side, the corset can be made with a straight front edge same as on the back. Just mention the change in the comments to your order.
I love this armor! I do have a question, can the metal clasps and buckles be made in steel or something silvery?
The metal accents can be made of Brass only due to the technical reasons, sorry.
I was wondering what this would look like in Black leather? Can you still see the beautiful pattern that's on the leather? Thank you.
We believe the corset will look marvelous in Black :) Unfortunately we don`t have any photos of this piece in Black. The embossing is visible on the black leather, of course.

Does it come with leg or upper-arm armour?
