Knight Pauldrons “Paladin”

Flared back plate, 6 lames and besagews

Full pauldrons with besagews, flaring back plate and six descending lames designed to give ample protection to the upper arm, shoulder, and upper back. These pauldrons provide great protection along with perfect flexibility and look.

Sliding solid rivets construction makes this armor durable and very flexible at the same time. This version has been designed to match our Paladin cuirass and for jousting purposes. Differences to basic model are extended back plates and larger biceps segments. The plain version without etching is available here.

Basically come in stainless steel. Mild (cold-rolled) steel version available upon request for reenactment maniacs, though stainless steel is recommended

Important note about measurements: please take into account that we need your measurements in gambeson, choses or other under-armour gear you are planning to use with this armor. The only exception is when you are ordering both armour and padding from our company — in this case you can send us your body measurements. For sabatons please send your footwear actual measurements.

I buy the paladin gorget last year, I plan to buy the pauldron and body armor. Can I mix all the part toghter ? And how to I fix the pauldron ? Do I have to modify the forget or I need to fix it to my gambison?

    ArmStreet Team:

Hi Jean-Michel, yes of course, all parts can be mixed. The pauldrons should be attached to the gorget with the leather straps.

  • Richard Bright 29 of August 2017:

I have an “Armet a Rondolle” Helmet of yours- and need a gorget or Bevor, for wood jousting. Do you have one in stock? Like the Gorget Armor “Paladin” Source: https://armstreet.com/store/armor/etched-functional-gorget-armor-paladin But- I am using a tabard- so etching is not necessary- but cool- Thanks Rich

    ArmStreet Team:

Hi Richard, we do not have gorgets in stock, unfortunately. It can be only made to order in custom size.

  • Peter 15 of May 2016:

Hey there, can the Etched Paladin Knight Pauldrons be made without the Rondel on the front? I find them fairly annoying while swinging my arms around to hit people.

    ArmStreet team:

Yes, we can make them without the rondels - simply add a comment to your order.

  • Christian Niclas Christiansen 13 of December 2015:

Can you make this with inscribed brass bordering?

    ArmStreet team:

We can place brass borders for $119.00 extra, but they will be rather narrow (as on the Prince of the East pauldrons) due to the complicated shape of the elements, so we cannot etch them, sorry.

Amazing quality just wish I could afford more of the set. When I wear these to battle I get a lot of people coming to look closer. Made a little video that shows a close look at them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0p9Prg734n0
