Fantasy Earrings “Sea Born”
Brass and enamel Nautilus Shell earrings
Do you love walks along the misty beach at sunrise, and find yourself enchanted by the sea? Our “Sea Born” Collection will be a dream come true to you because it’s inspired by the shapes of rolling waves and all of the colorful creatures of the ocean. We’ve used enamel to mimic the wonderful colors of sea creatures and capture the world beneath the waves.
These earrings in the circular shape of a shell, with gentle tendrils underneath from the animal that lives within. They were designed by one of our in-house artists, who created the artwork for the earrings from the designs of natural seashells as well as shapes found in European medieval art. We created these earrings to look great with medieval-themed clothing, but know that they look perfect with modern clothing as well.
The brass frame for these earrings is made from 1.5mm brass, which has been laser cut by our blacksmiths into the filigree nautilus shape. From there, our jewelry studio takes charge and files the edges for a perfect finish, before passing them to our enamel expert to add a burst of color. The shades of blue used in the earrings contrast beautifully with the shiny brass outer, making them a truly striking piece.
From design through to the final quality inspection, even aspect of these earrings is made here at ArmStreet by our craftspeople. Great care and attention to detail are applied to every single piece, and we know that you’ll absolutely fall in love with the quality of our handmade items!

I really love these eaarings as they look amazing, especially when the light shines through. However, I've sadly not been able to wear them yet, as the hooks are way thicker than all my other earrings. I tried wearing others for a few hours before trying to put these in, but to no avail, they don't fit and it just hurts. Looking for options now to either thin out the hooks or replace the hooks with others, which is a shame as "standard" hooks don't have the nice additional attachment ornament that the originals have.

I find the earrings difficult to put on and I’m worried if I bend the hook to make it easier it will weaken it and it will break. So I’m trying to find a way to change out the hooks for one’s that work more easily.

I can't wear these as earrings, but I would like to use them as pendants. Would it be possible to leave out the hook? And if so, would it be possible to buy a pair that has one seahorse and one nautilus?
Yes, we can send you these earrings without the hook, but it is not possible to ship 2 different earrings as one set, unfortunately.
Are these available only in brass, or is there a silver-toned option as well?
These earrings can be made in brass only, unfortunately.
