Large Viking Battle Axe
Etched stainless decorative axe head
Originally this axe has been made as an appearance piece for the Viking collection photo session. But it's turned out that this axe is one of the most wanted things from the collection, we received a huge amount of comments, requests, offers and threats from our customers asking us to list it for sale.
This axe has no certain prototype, but its shape and the pattern etched on it are based on findings and traditional Viking's ornaments so it will be a nice part of your Old Norse outfit and armor. The axe is made of stainless steel and it can be used as an appearance accessory only.
This listing is for the head only, no handle included.

I just received my axe head, and I muse say I'm Very pleased with it. The craftsmanship is remarkable, and it's exactly what I was hoping it would be. Also! I'd left a small request in the notes section, asking the crafter to write a note, and only half hopes they'd see it. Not only did they see it, but they sent a lovely note that made my day!! I hope they can see this, and know how much I appreciated it!! I'll certainly be a repeat customer from here on out, and bragging to everyone I know about this!

So if it's hollow, how thick is the metal used to construct it? Like how thick was the sheet metal used in inches/mm?
The steel is 1.5 mm thick.
I was wondering if you could add a handle to the large Viking axe head. Plese let me know. Thanks Anne
We don`t sell handles, sorry. You can actually find a handle in any carpenter's store. A regular hammer`s handle should work.
Are the axe heads solid or hollow?
The axe head is hollow inside, it's an appearance piece only, not functional.
Are spear head sharp?
The spear heads are not sharpened.
