Every magic creature should have a cloak (and every fantasy protagonist, too). And, vice versa, a cloak is one of the most magical pieces of garb, giving its owners super-powers, from magical protection from elements and cold to complete invisibility.  This medium-length travel cape fits the description. It is dense and heavy enough to protect you from chilly winds, but sufficiently light and voluminous to allow you to move fast and even fight without taking it off.

Also, every detail is made according to the highest standards of ArmStreet magic. The borders are decorated with linen fabric and wide Celtic trim, a thin golden thread creates mysterious light reflexes, making the accents perfect and complete, and long, structurally visible seams are finished with hand-stitching, echoing other accents. That's precisely the type of cloak you expect to see on the magic creature standing on the edge of light and darkness in the mysterious forest. Will the next moment be luck or a disaster? Who knows.
