These plastic cops are a part of our "Futura Black" next-generation plastic protection gear, and it has all the series' qualities. The look and design say for itself, but there is also much more.
This plastic is a unique two-component material that allows us to control the properties of the final product. It is extremely hard to crack and provides excellent shock absorption. Also, these cops were designed exactly the way elbow cops should be – they have a perfect three-dimensional anatomic shape with extra side protection. The patterned layer of plastic is also stiff and rigid, and additionally, we reinforce it with an extra layer of fabric.
The layer of EVA inside provides some extra comfort and protection and hides metal loops to lace elbow cops to your jacket so that no rubber band knots will be seen outside.
Overall, this is a very practical, long-lasting and elegant gear for most of your historical fencing needs.
Please note: the side-to-side lengths in the "Dimensions" section are the accurate dimensions of the elbow cops in said sizes.
