This is great combat grand bascinet hemet. It's design is based on classic medieval grand-bascinet design realized in 2 mm (14 ga) stainless steel. Looks great, fully handmade and hand-polished. Great combat armor.

what is the gauge of steel?
It is 14 ga.
Can I pay to change the butted mail to rivited mail? And if so how much would it be?

Is the aventail made of butted or riveted mail?
The helmet has butted aventail.
