ArmStreet is known for flashy, complex, sophisticated, and badass-looking armor. In this case, we aimed to create something slightly different, focusing on the functionality and versatility of our new armor kit, highlighting the practical value and versatility over complex solutions. 

Additionally, like the warriors of the late Middle Ages and the Early Renaissance, many of our customers just need a good practical armor - something that looks nice, works well, is lightweight, and does the job. So, the “Sellsword” breastplate does the job - with its simple but historically accurate and combat-tested anatomical shape, light weight and uncompromised strength of the tempered spring steel and optional blackening or golden brassing finish, this cuirass does the job exceptionally well and doesn’t cost a fortune. Also, if you never turn your back, you don’t need a back plate, right?

So, with its simple and functional design, this breastplate is a perfect solution and a jack-of-many-trades for more than one occasion - from the SCA-heavy if you want a little bit of tanking to WMA live steel and HEMA Harnischfechten. Furthermore, if you do LARP but want to add the element of “real armor” to your look, this is a perfect solution too - the breastplate is lightweight and you’ll be able to be active for a long time. The simple strapping system makes it easy to wear and fast to take off.
