Sword Frog With Counter-Strap
Medieval leather heavy sword frog
Superior quality leather frog with handmade brass clasps and counter-belt with belt clasp. The frog is supposed to hang on the back side of the left thigh, as shown in the pictures for a right-hand draw.
The front leather strap leading to the belt is pretty long - about 35 cm or 14 in, the straps holding the sword/scabbard are 10 cm long or 4 in. It's intended for the 4 cm wide belts and can be adjusted upon request.
This handy frog that works good with heavy or long swords and looks very authentic.

When shopping for a sword frog and belt system, I am greatly liking the Armoury — Medieval Black Leather Sword Frog with Counter-strap. Is this also available in black leather with stainless metals or nickel-plated metal? I am not as appreciative of brass or bronze metals if silver or stainless or nickel-plated is available. I await your reply. Stephen
Metal parts for this frog can not be made of stainless steel or other metal of silvery color, sorry.

Yes, basically it was made for 1 1/4'' belts, optionally can be made for 1 3/4'' belt. Simply add a comment to your order, no extra for this.

What width of belt does the buckle accomodate?
Current belt is 1 1/4'', we can make one which fits any width you need, no extra for this.

With adjustable straps it fits any normal sword width. But if you have an extra-wide blade, we can make custom size frog.
