Sword and buckler is an interesting discipline that unites a profound and old tradition with modern-day HEMA presence as a popular and ranked tournament weapon. Similarly, our “Futura” buckler shield combines a traditional look typical for wooden, fabric-reinforced bucklers with modern technology, utilizing a two-component, heavy-duty plastic that makes this synthetic buckler both lightweight and durable. A conventional shape is united with a deep shield boss suitable for the most popular HEMA gloves and gauntlets, and a comfortable handle.

Also, like our other “Futura” line products, it features a signature texturized pattern available in several colors by default (and possibly customizable), so you can upgrade your HEMA gear kit with a cool-looking weapon in yours or your club's colors!
