Arms are made of leather and stainless steel and absolutely functional and may be used for differend styles of melee combat. Stainless steel plates are beautifully etched.

Important note about measurements: please take into account that we need your measurements in gambeson, choses or other under-armour gear you are planning to use with this armor. The only exception is when you are ordering both armour and padding from our company — in this case you can send us your body measurements. For sabatons please send your footwear actual measurements.

- Some in-between elements might be made of ligher gauge for better manoeuvrability
- Natural leather
- Etching (electroplating and acid etching)
- Solid brass and steel rivets assembling
- Handmade casting buckles and decorative rivets
- Leather straps with casting buckles
- Cold-forging, electroplating, handpolishing
- Optionally: mild steel version available upon request

how much does this weigh? as a CA I need a lighter kit then most to run around a lot.

Is this available in 16 gauge?
Hi Kenneth, yes it can be made in 16 ga for $50 extra.
Would it be possible to have no etching anywhere except for the scaly pattern on the elbow? Does it ask you if you want custom etching when you add the item to the cart?
