Costume “The Alchemist's Daughter”
Dress, corset and chemise fantasy costume
Slim fit bodice of the dress emphasizes breast and waist while wide skirt with 4 additional gussets drapes with soft pleats. All this combines into well-known medieval silhouette of the XIII-XIV centuries.
There is no trim on this dress but there are contrast color accents at bottom, sleeves and neck.
Chemise is made of thin natural linen. It is loose and fluent. Chemise is made of thin softened linen so you may wear any kind of dress over it — thin fabric will not roughen overdress silhouette.
Corset is made of natural suede, it has been designed specially for our fantasy dress costumes. Its design is half based on patterns and decorations of European renaissance corset and half on later period German and French bodices. This corset has easily recognizable slope shoulder line and stand-up half-collar. Waist is tightly swifted while breast remains almost free.
Front lacing gives necessary flexibility and fine fit. Decorative rolled edges laced along bottom and arm-slits complete the look.
This corset can't be custom-sized remotely, so it comes in fixed sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL.
Size chart for the “The Alchemist's Daughter” corset:
- size S — chest 33" — 35 1/2'' (84-90 cm), waist 25 1/4'' — 26 3/4" (64-68 cm), length 20'' (51 cm).
- size M — chest 35 1/2'' — 37 3/4'' (90-96 cm), waist 26 3/4'' — 29 1/4" (68-74 cm), length 20 2/3'' (53 cm).
- size L — chest 37 3/4'' — 40 1/4'' (96-102 cm), waist 29 1/4'' — 31 1/2'' (74-80 cm), length 21 2/3'' (55 cm).
- size XL — chest 40 1/4'' — 42'' (102-106 cm), waist 31 1/2'' — 34'' (80-86 cm), length 22'' (56 cm).
- size XXL — chest 42"-44" (106-112 cm), waist 34" — 36" (86-92 cm), length 227⁄16in (57 cm)
Dress and chemise are still custom-sized taking into account your height and measurements, but the corset comes only in standard sizes and can't be customized remotely.

I could not have been more excited when my "Alchemist's Daughter" package arrived! It was beautifully made and of a very high quality. It was actually quite heavy when put all together, and I say that to mean the materials were of good substance. It was packed very well and arrived looking beautiful and unwrinkled - it was just as pictured. Yes, it was a long wait for delivery but every bit worth it. It really is an exquisite costume.

This outfit looks absolutely identical to the pictures. It arrived in almost exactly the promised amount of time, and despite the fact that the packaging had been damaged and soaked with water during shipping, the dress was safe and dry inside. My only complaint is that the third fastener up on both sleeves was broken and had to be repaired. Also the corset, which fit me perfectly in most dimensions, was quite tight at the front of my armpits - to the point where it left little bruises there from pinching. The corset does soften up with time, it's just the joint there that's problematic for me. The dress itself does not fit me as closely as I expected - particularly in the waist - but that can be easily fixed with a belt. I will definitely be buying from Armstreet again in the future!

This new costume set is incredible. It is a work of art and, in my opinion, the most inspired and original costume yet. However, being a man, I have to ask, can you PLEASE do a matching 'THE ALCHEMIST' costume for us men? This is something that I would definitely buy for my growing Armstreet collection.
