Mild (cold-rolled) steel version available upon request for reenactment maniacs, though stainless steel is recommended as etched armor maintenance isn't an easy thing.

Armstreet at Pennsic XL
For all our friends and clients we are happy to inform you that this year ArmStreet LLC participated to the Pennsic War at the second time.
Well, we learned from the mistakes and turmoils of the last year and made some improvements. For instance, our new tent prove to be great! We are now working on the completely new line of tents based on the design and materials of the one we took to Pennsic: the new tent prove to be as light as the old once, but much bigger, not nearly as hot under sunlight and much, much sturdier! Some of our new armor designs also very well received by the rigorous audience of Pennsic experts and, with minor improvements, are going to be the part of our regular products.
We were very happy to have on our crew this year a new and very capable member – our new French customer support and site representative – Ms. Ksenia Chernigivska.
As usually, Pennsic War was very impressive! We got a lot of feedback and new information, were able to say hello to our old friends and to make some new ones.
And as usually, the most impressive things about Pennsic War are: its' scale, amazing organization anda good and friendly spirit of everyone!
Well, some good fighting, armors and costumes as well...
The legendary “all-out” field battle was rather fast this year: we hope that its' outcome would probably prove to the Midrealm that the key element of the every military victory is a good allies – no matter how strong yourself you are. Again, we would like to express our deep gratitude to Cindy Cooper for her constant and indispensable help! Great “Thank you!” to our neighboring merchants for their great attitude toward “novices” (relative novices now – but it is still paling to 20 or 30 Wars you folks are participated!).
You were very eager to share your knowledge and always offering the help!
Our special amazement to fabulous Casa Bardicci whose grand scale of efforts and dedication to the hose are legendary, unparalleled and borderline to insanity (the good one – that is for sure)!
And the last but not least! Our greatest appreciation to the Tygersharks whose hospitality, friendship, wit and humor just left us speechless! Thank you, Captain! Thank you James and Michael! Thank you everyone!

After number of discussions with SCA fighters and marshals we designed series of SCA -oriented armor. Overall these legs design is based on pretty well-known XIV century legs, but with some modifications which may be convenient for SCA fighters, I hope. Legs are fully dismountable and consist of 3 pieces - knee cops with flexibility segments and short upper and bottom plates , with removable half-greaves and removable cuisses with overlapping thigh plate. Knee cops have extension plates at inner side to cover knee bones from inside. They are flat so they don't detain.

NEW RENAISSANCE NOBILITY CLOAK AND CAPE
The Renaissance, the Revival of Learning epoch is the time of great breakthroughs and great wars, time of court cabals and depravity, time of knights and poisoners, time of tumultuous passions and sharp contrasts. The keen stilettos were concealing in the bouffant of ladies-in-waiting, the ardent hearts were disguised under the cuirasses of cavaliers, there was the cruelty masked by godliness, there was the treachery masked by smile. The palace air was heavy with the scents of perfumes and poisons, the dynasties alternated each other faster then the sovereigns alternated their mistresses and hired assassins were waiting around every corner.
What else can be said about the garb of these heroic, tragic and romantic days? About these refined ample curves, about the heavy pleats at the velvet curtains and brocade trains, about the obscenely close-fitting corsets and licentiously expensive bijoux? This style could be called the decadence if not reckon its unrivalled splendour, without the baroque pomposity and the rococo affectation.
The charm of those times inspired us to create the dresse and the cloak in the spirit of the Renaissance.
The heavy velvet pleats, the scintillating brocade finishing, curled laces and silk tassels predicate it is designed for a luxurious life in the palace.
These cloak and dress are our presents for beauties of the Renaissance, who are deadly as the poisoned edge of stiletto and who are fragile and delicate as the flower.
