These unique leather shoes are part of our gothic collection. They are made in accordance with authentic design, that`s why these shoes will be an admirable addition to your gothic costume on any medieval style party, ball or live action role-playing.

Shoes are made of fine leather — material which was used since most ancient times because of its qualities. It is soft and after short time shoes will get the shape of your foot. The leather is also firm, which provides good protection for your leg. We improved these gothic looking shoes with up-to-date comfort by adding modern shoe last. The outsole of these shoes is made of hard leather and complemented with rubber stick-on sole. This combination makes them look authentic but feels modernly comfortable.

And of course, the white color of leather turns them into luxurious looking footwear favorable for the Lord character in live action role-playing. It also will be great for some special event in your life like medieval style wedding.

Due to the long and narrow Gothic toes, the soles of these shoes are 8.5-10 cm (3.3"-4") longer than your foot length (depending on the size).

Historical reference:

The design of these curved shoes is completely authentic. Usage of the poulaines (pointed shoes) was widespread across Europe during the XIV century.
It can be said that fashion was born in the XIV century when Crusaders had brought back from their campaigns technical knowledge and ideas which could satisfy noblemen`s appetites for something new and unusual.

Important note about measurements:

Please take your measurements attentively — it will help us making medieval shoes that will fit you perfectly. Also, you should know that your new shoes will get your feet shape after one or two days of usage because natural leather is soft material and it will stretch. So when you are getting your new pair of shoes it is normal that it fits very slim.
