Design of this medieval costume is close to traditional IX-X century Western Europe medieval dress. Initially this style become popular after Charlemagne's (Carl the Great) epoch expansion and was popular during almost two centuries.
Crown and bracelet are not included, but available in our store.

Cam 05 of September 2020:May I ask how long the hem fits? The model's gown sort of drags on the ground; I would not want mine to do so. (I'm 177.8 cm tall and got a perfect length from the size 6 "Secret Garden bridesmaid" dress) Many thanks!

Hello :) Gorgeous dress... I see from a comment in 2014 that the cost of the dress alone (without chemise) was $130 plus shipping... what would the cost of the dress alone be now?. Thank you!

Dear Selena, this is a short sleeve dress. The white sleeves that you see on the picture belong to the underdress chemise.

Dear Maria! You are welcome to check our care guide here. Generally, hand washing is preferrable, the water should not be hot, dryer can ruin fabric. Also it is better to iron linen when it is still slightly damp.

Yes, it is absolutely possible to change the chemise, it will be $25 more expensive than with the base chemise.

Hi, This dress cost in Swedish Crona is 2155:- inkl the shipping cost. The level of duty-free deliviry is 1500:-. Though I`m afraid that the duty will be fairly high, I therefore wonder. Can you split the delivery in two? With the extra shippingfee of $25? I also wonder if a change in trim to the Celtic silver in Franks dress would rise the prise? (for a dark blue dress)

This dress in all colors comes with a Franks trim (the swatch is below). Other wide trims can be used on request for an extra charge.

Linen fabric is extremely comfortable in summer, it's highly absorbent and allows more airflow. Linen dress with short sleeves is really irreplaceable in summer! The dress may be worn without chemise in hot days.
