Design of this fantasy medieval styling dress is based on classic noble costume design (XII-XIII century). This amazing dress is made of high-quality natural flax linen and wide trim with geometric pattern with Mauritanian style motif which was very popular in Europe during Crusade epoch. Dress pattern is very close to original authentic patterns with lacing and wide sleeves. Lacing allows to adjust dress for almost any figure. The belt is made of trim with flax linen lining and can be removed so you can wear dress with or without belt for your choice.

Underdress (chemise) is not included but available in store.

The long sleeves are not a problem, you just have to get used to them. I have eaten several rather messy medieval meals while wearing this kind of sleeve. I usually just fold the top part of the sleeve up once, that gets the sleeve somewhat out of the way. When doing other stuff like changing my baby or visiting the ladies room, I tie up the sleeves in a knot beforehand. (When my daughters eat, I'm there quickly to tie a knot, and they never complain) This was apparently done by the ladies back in the times as well, there are paintings of women with these knots on their sleeves. Sometimes the sleeves would reach the floor, but then they usually weren't as wide.
