This is great functional multilayered gambeson armor. A gambeson is a padded defensive jacket, worn as armour separately, or combined with mail or plate armour. Gambesons were produced with a sewing technique called quilting. Usually constructed of linen or wool with the various stuffing, such as for example scrap cloth or horse hair.

This type of gambeson fits Eastern armor suits such as lamellar or laminar armor and also "Dark Ages"-like armor. Actually this gambeson is also the great underarmour for training as it is long and has full-length sleeves.

Materials:

- 100% natural cotton for the external layer;

- 100% natural cotton for the lining;

- 100% natural cotton/wool batting for the padding.

This item can be ordered with silver or golden colour trimming or without any trim at all.
